The African women on glass I had done 2 years before, sold really quickly and I really liked the illuminative quality of the piece. So I was thrilled to find another frame with glass and tried a different take of the African women, but then instead of on the glass, rather behind it. The smooth surface facing as opposed to the painted surface facing on the first one I did.
