I was given the hull of this boat from an artist friend who salvaged it off a ship wrecked off the coast of Lanzarote. The ship was at least 70 years old! He also gave me the lovely nails from the same wreck, which forms the mane of my Trojan Horse sculpture. The one blue sail adds colour to the rich dark wood and mainsail. It is certain one of the most unique, treasured sculptures I have ever made.
